<p>A T-Series representative has stated that Bhushan Kumar and Divya Khossla are not divorcing. After Divya renounced her surname “Kumar,” the couple—who have been married for more than 19 years—became the target of rumors of a divorce. According to the spokesman, there is no truth to the rumors circulating about Bhushan and Divya’s divorce and they are still blissfully married. They further said that she removed the last name “Kumar” from her name for astrological reasons.</p>

<p>The spokesman told News18 Showsha in a statement that “Divya Khossla’s choice to drop her married surname, driven by astrological beliefs, is a personal decision and should be respected; her addition of an’s’ to her maiden surname, symbolizing her astrological belief, is for the same thought.” Divya Khossla made a personal decision to add a’s’ to her name.</p>
<p>In 2005, Bhushan and Divya exchanged vows. On the sets of Ab Tumhare Hawale Watan Saathiyo, the pair first connected. Bhushan reportedly fell in love with her and wanted to wed her. Divya went on to state that her mother persuaded her to accept Bhushan’s proposal.</p>
<p>“He invited me with my family for his sister’s wedding in Delhi, and that is when my parents met him and they liked him instantly because of his humility even after so many achievements,” Divya stated in an old interview with the Times of India. By the time my mother pushed for our marriage, I had grown to like him as well. Consequently, we were married. The pair was married on February 13, 2005. 2011 saw the birth of their son Ruhaan.</p>
<p>Although Bhushan is a well-known producer in the movie business, Divya directed many films before attempting acting. Her most recent film appearance was in Yaariyan 2, a reimagining of the popular Malayalam movie Bangalore Days.</p>
